SolWeather Membership Terms & Conditions

1. Overview

SolWeather provides long-range and short-term weather forecasting for Australian agriculture via a subscription-based web service. By purchasing a membership, you agree to the following terms.

The term ‘SolWeather’ includes 444 Holdings Pty Ltd and Dean Archibald McArthur whether alone or through employees, agents and contractors.

2. Membership Commitment

By subscribing to SolWeather, you agree to a 12-month minimum membership term at a rate of $1,800.00 AUD plus GST (totaling $1,980.00 AUD per year).

  • This is not a month-to-month subscription.

  • Your subscription includes immediate access to proprietary long-range forecasts, commentary, and weather intelligence tools covering the full 12-month outlook.

Early cancellation is not permitted after accessing member-only content.

3. Billing

You will be billed monthly at $150.00 AUD plus GST (i.e., $165.00 AUD per month) for a period of 12 consecutive months.

All payments are processed securely via Stripe.

4. No Refunds

Due to the immediate delivery of valuable intellectual property and data upon sign-up:

  • No refunds will be issued once a member has accessed any part of the member portal.

  • Members are responsible for understanding the commitment before subscribing.

5. Access and Use

All forecast data, commentary, software, models, and tools are protected intellectual property of SolWeather.

  • Membership grants a non-transferable, non-commercial, limited license to view and use content for personal decision-making only.

  • Redistribution, reproduction, forwarding, screen capturing, scraping, or resale of SolWeather content in any form is strictly prohibited.

  • Any breach of these conditions will result in immediate termination of access and may result in legal action for damages and loss recovery.

SolWeather retains full ownership of all content and intellectual property shared through the platform.

6. Cancellation Policy

You may not cancel your subscription within the initial 12-month term.

If you wish to cancel after the 12-month period, you may do so at any time before your next billing cycle.

7. Chargebacks and Disputes

Any attempts to reverse charges (chargebacks) after content access will be considered a breach of contract. SolWeather reserves the right to pursue legal and financial remedies for recovery of lost fees and damages.

8. Liability Disclaimer

This disclaimer applies to all users of the SolWeather Service whether they are subscribers, purchasers, or otherwise in relation to any part of the service provided by SolWeather.

  • Users acknowledge that the accuracy of SolWeather’s cyclical long-range forecasting depends on data limitations in Australia and that forecasts may be inaccurate in part or whole.

  • SolWeather excludes all liability to the extent permitted by law.

  • No representation or warranty (express, implied, statutory or otherwise) is given regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any forecasts, statements, or predictions.

  • Users use the service entirely at their own risk. All decisions and consequences based on the forecasts are solely the responsibility of the user.

  • SolWeather disclaims all responsibility for loss or damage resulting from reliance on the service, including losses due to omissions, negligence, or internet-related transmission issues.

  • Users accept all risks from use of the website, including data corruption, viruses, or other technical issues.

  • SolWeather may rely on third-party data sources, and accuracy is not guaranteed.

  • Users agree that scientific uncertainty and research limitations apply to all information provided.

  • Historical accuracy does not imply future reliability.

  • Users are expected to base decisions on multiple sources of information and business judgment.

  • SolWeather content should not be relied upon in isolation for critical decision-making.
